Innovation begins with an idea. Some are big, some are small. However all ideas need a bit of extra help. This is where Endeavr comes in. We have the guidance, resources, facilities and technology required to kick-start innovative research projects that address one or more of the challenges faced by industry.
Our process begins with an initial discussion to filter your project proposal into one of three innovation sectors:
We will assess your research or technology proposal to see if there is a good fit.
If yes, we will invite you to submit an application for funding or support.
Your proposed project will be presented to the Endeavr team, including representatives from Airbus and the Welsh Government, who will consider your application.
If your proposed innovation project is accepted and funding agreed, your research can begin.
If you want to successfully implement a technology-based innovation, you need proof-of-concept before you develop a prototype or undertake a 'pilot' test. You will be doing all three to some level. But the extent to which you are benefiting depends on your understanding of purpose. We will support you to engage in these activities - deliberately and methodically - to turn these outputs into usable, actionable information that delivers value.
Finding a solution does not mean the problem is solved. You still need to implement the solution and go-to-market. We have years of experience bringing ideas to market and we will support you through to proof-of-concept - the point where commercial value can be realised.
